If you ever wondered what exactly it is that I do at good old USA TODAY. Well, it just so happens that they’re hiring (internal applicants only) for my job.
Good luck parsing out any actual work from that job description. I think it makes it sound like my job involves knowing a lot of stuff and making sure other people know that I know it. 😉

They are replacing you already?
No… there are five people at USA TODAY with the title Regional Systems Analyst. One of those five positions is currently open. Mine may or may not be open in a year… depending on whether USA TODAY finds a spot for me in another part of the country (I’m not holding my breath on that one).
I dig it.
What did you think of the new preview?
The Hunter and Rikka are sexy. The others are meh…
Here’s a thought that I’m sure most people have already thought of… Barbarian Mercs doing 20 a hit. >;)

Though I think I like the idea of combining her with the half orc paladin and say halfling fighters or the medium earth elemental too.
Imagine a halfling fighter hitting twice for 15 a shot or the medium earth elemental moving up and smacking something for 20 damage.

Btw, I talked even further with her last night. She said she admired me, and that already she finds me to be more trustworthy than most people she has known for a long time. I think things are very promising…
Halfling Veterans are just too slow… Medium Earth Elementals are a good idea, though. 😉
